You Asked, We Listened

You Asked, We Listened

2020 was a year of change and adaptation for most everyone. Forced change, to be absolutely sure, but change none-the-less.

Very early in the pandemic, the shifting nature our clients’ needs became abundantly clear to us. In short, you asked and we listened.

When you told us early on that safety was your most pressing need, our first foray into this new, changing reality was to repurpose cotton shirt fabrics for masks. We even went so far as to source new nanotech fabrics with antibacterial properties, incredibly well-fitted and frequently custom-branded per our clients’ requests.

When you told us that all of your indoor events and weekend activities had moved outdoors, even into the fall and winter months, outerwear became our next priority. We quickly set out to design a number of new product categories, of which chino cotton shirt coats and chore coats have become far and away the most popular options.

These casual top layers work exceptionally well as outerwear or as more-casual blazer alternatives. They're the ideal happy medium for the now-ubiquitous Zoom conference call or client meeting, and they’re an absolutely perfect fit for a night of outdoor dining and drinks.

We also debuted wool outerwear categories as well, with deck jackets and car coats filling your need for heavier outerwear options that are less formal (and therefore more versatile) than traditional wool topcoats.

Your most driving demand, however, was for casual basics - t-shirts, henleys and sweatshirts. We set to work sourcing an entirely new line of premium cotton fabrics, both soft and sturdy.

For tees and henleys, we’ve employed ultra-soft, heavyweight cottons that feel both comfortable and substantial. Going several steps beyond the disposable "casual white tee," we've constructed these shirts to last, to stand on their own as the focal point of your work-from-home wardrobe. A t-shirt that will impress.

For sweatshirts we found versatile terry cotton blend in an ideal weight for layering. Soft and durable, these are the fabrics that wear wonderfully over time and break in to be your go-to favorite sweatshirt.

Every new garment, be it shirt jacket, chore coat, t-shirt or sweatshirt, is custom-fit to each client's individual sizing profile. We believe that a global sea-change toward a more casual work-from-home environment shouldn't mean sacrifice - you should look your best, and you should feel your absolute best every moment of your day.

For the entirety of this past year, adapt and overcome has been the mantra. We've worked hard to help you adapt as best you can, to be the best-dressed version of yourself at home.

You spoke, we listened - and as we move forward into 2021, we will continue to listen, to change and to adapt to these changing times right along with you.
