Sneak Peek: New Custom Basics

With so many of our clients working from home these days, the demand for better-fitting, high-quality basics has been undeniable and overwhelming.  

We listened, and set to work creating an all-new line of casual cotton t-shirts, henleys and sweatshirts. 

Here’s a sneak peek at our first ever custom-fit Blank Label basics. 

T-shirts

The ideal fit and fabric for a t-shirt will usually depend on its use case - that is, whether or not it’s being worn as an undershirt or on its own. With this in mind, we’ve sourced three types of cotton fabric for our tee collection. 

Standard weight cottons tees are ideal for year-round wear. Breathable and versatile, they’re the any-occasion shirt you can throw on and simply be comfortable in.

Heavyweight cottons are a much substantial cotton, both soft and durable. Our heavyweight cotton shirt is best worn on its own; we recommend it for long sleeve tees and henleys paired with a flannel-lined shirt jacket.

Our stretch cotton is ideal for undershirts. Flexible and light, these fabrics employ 2.5% spandex to allow maximum range-of-motion. Keep your dress shirts fresh for longer with a comfortable base layer.

Tees are available with crewneck or v-neck collar, as well as a choice of either short sleeve or long sleeve construction.  

Henleys

Our three-button henley is the perfect “in-between” garment. They work exceptionally well as either a stand-alone casual shirt or as a versatile underlayer for a heavy collared shirt, shirt jacket or blazer.

Henleys can be made from any of our three casual cotton options, though we highly recommend a heavyweight cotton to maximize the layering potential of your shirt. 

Sweatshirts

Our sweatshirts are constructed with an ultra-soft, moisture-wicking terry cotton blend that is both incredibly cozy and extremely durable. 

Our sweat fabrics are comprised of 20% tencel, a popular cotton alternative frequently used in athletic wear. Tencel is known for its breathability, its strength and a keen ability to remain wrinkle-free throughout the day. In combination with 80% premium cotton, these fabrics provide the ultimate combination of comfort and functionality.

Just like our henley shirts, our sweatshirts look as great on their own as they do layered under a chore coat or over a button-down shirt.
