Introducing Piacenza Wool-Cashmere
Piacenza is particularly identified with cashmere. The luxuriously soft fiber, which is found on the undercoat of the cashmere goat, was discovered by Mario Piacenza during an expedition to the Himalayas in 1913. Today, Piacenza continues to produce some of the highest-quality cashmere in the world with a particular emphasis on environmentally sustainability.
Our wool-cashmere Piacenza fabrics range from 10-15% cashmere and 85-90% wool. This blend ensures that each has a buttery soft touch, but remains resilient enough for daily wear for seasons to come. Any piece of outerwear made from these fabrics will be a true investment piece.
