The Home Fit Kit Breakdown
By now, you may have heard about our Home Fit Kits (you can request one here). And more importantly, you might have some questions on how exactly that Home Fit Kit works. So let’s break it down:
Firstly, you’ll want to log into your account at BlankLabel.com (or if you don’t yet have one, create an account: that’s where all your sizing information will be stored). Note that if you’re an existing Blank Label customer and you request a fit kit, we will create an entirely new profile for you from scratch.
Next, place an order for an item you’re interested in. But if you haven’t yet made a final decision, no pressure. Just contact us and let us know, and we’ll happily make a placeholder order for you to get the process started.
Once the order/placeholder is set, we’ll send you the Home Fit Kit, which includes all the try-on garments related to your order. The Home Fit Kit will also include detailed instructions on how to provide photos and feedback to the menswear specialists who will be assessing your fit, as well as a return label to send the items back at no cost to you.
During this period, you’ll also have the opportunity to book a virtual appointment with one of our menswear specialists if you’d like to further discuss the fit or have any fit-related questions answered.
Once your proper fit has been established, your for-real garments will soon be on the way.
And here’s the best part: if you’re fully satisfied with your fit, ordering future garments will be as easy as pressing a button. Because your sizing information will be saved to your Blank Label profile, you won’t need to request another Home Fit Kit unless your sizing or fit preferences change.
